1. The service

Astrasoko is a self-serve storefront and point-of-sale platform operated by Astranite Technologies (“Astranite”, “we”, “us”). Creating a store on Astrasoko (“your store”) gives you a hosted online storefront and point-of-sale system under your chosen subdomain.

2. Free trial

New stores start with a free 10-day trial with full access to your store's admin and point-of-sale features, on the Basic plan's limits. No payment method is required to start a trial.

3. What happens after the trial

Before your 10-day trial ends, we'll email you a reminder. If you haven't upgraded to a paid plan by the time the trial ends, access to your store's admin dashboard and point-of-sale will lock - your storefront and data are not deleted, and access resumes as soon as you upgrade. We'll also email you when this happens.

4. Plans and billing

Current plans and pricing are listed on our pricing page. Plan prices, limits, and features may change; we'll do our best to notify existing customers of material changes in advance.

5. Your data

You own the data you put into your store (products, orders, customer information, and so on). We don't sell your data or your customers' data to third parties. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for complying with applicable laws in how you run your business.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Astrasoko for anything illegal, fraudulent, or that infringes on others' rights. We may suspend a store that we reasonably believe is being used this way.

7. Account and store

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You confirm the email address you sign up with is one you control - we'll ask you to verify it before you can log in.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of your store after an update means you accept the revised terms.
