Our Work

Real businesses, running on software we built and still maintain.

E-commerce & Point of Sale

Gina's Real Hair

A real shop, not just a website.

Gina's Real Hair needed more than a page to list products on - they needed the whole shop to run through one system: what's in stock, what's been sold, what's still owed, and what the till looked like at close.

We built one system that covers both sides: a storefront customers browse and check out on, and a point-of-sale the staff use in-store, both reading from the same live inventory. A sale rung up at the counter shows up in stock the moment it happens - no separate "sync the website" step, no two different numbers for what's actually left.

Works on whatever's already in the shop. The till isn't a special machine that has to be bought and protected from breaking - it's a normal phone, tablet, or laptop, opened in a browser. No app to install, no IT visit if a device dies. The storefront works the same way for customers, on whatever device they already have.

Payment the way customers actually pay here. Checkout supports mobile money directly, not just card.

Annette'z Clozet

Proof it's a platform, not a one-off.

Annette'z Clozet runs on the exact same system as Gina's Real Hair - same storefront engine, same point-of-sale, same inventory logic - configured for a second, independent business with its own products, its own branding, its own till.

That's the real point of this one: the first build wasn't a custom job that happens to work for one client. It's a real platform that stood up a second, fully independent store cleanly - its own look, own inventory, own sales data, nothing shared except the underlying engine.

Fundraising & Events

Pamoja

Community fundraising and event-planning, without a spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group holding it together.

Anyone who has organized a mchango for a wedding, a funeral, or a school fee knows the hard part isn't asking people to give - it's keeping track of who's paid, how much is left, and getting the money out safely once it's collected.

Pamoja is a single place to run the whole thing: create a campaign, share one link, and watch contributions come in with mobile money - no bank account required to start, no app for contributors to download, just a link. The organizer sees a live running total; a committee can help log contributions with their own verified access instead of it all funneling through one person; and payouts move through the same mobile-money rails everyone already uses.

It's bilingual - Swahili and English - from the ground up, because the people running these campaigns need it in the language they're comfortable in.

Growing into events, not just money. The same tool now handles a guest list with RSVPs, and for weddings, lets guests suggest songs for the DJ ahead of time - one link that covers both "here's how to contribute" and "here's what's happening and when."
