Who we are

Astranite Technologies is a small software house with offices in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and Centurion, South Africa. We build and maintain e-commerce, point-of-sale, and community fundraising software for real businesses - the name is Astral plus Tanzanite, a gemstone found nowhere else on Earth but near Kilimanjaro.

Most software shops hand off a finished build and move on to the next client. We don't - every system on our Our Work page is still live and still maintained by us, some of it years after launch. That's the actual difference, not a slogan.
